"There are only one or two sacred places left in the world. Where there is no ringing. The church, the theatre, and the toilet." So says Mrs. Gottlieb at the funeral of her son, Gordon. Little does she know that the ringing cell phone at the service is that of her son, held by Jean. Upon a stranger's death, Jean takes his phone and begins to connect to the world he lived in, and is forced to confront that he is not the man she assumed he was. A tale of love, morality, and the need to connect on a human level in a technologically obsessed world. For the first time, the Milburn Stone Theatre puts the action in the center of the audience for a theatre in the round experience of this poetic fantasy.
